Bet on digitalization
We promote digital transformation both in internal management and in relationships with tenants and neighborhood communities, thereby facilitating tax settlements or minutes of community meetings, among others. However, we are aware that some of our clients are affected by the digital divide, which is why, in those cases, we provide the same services in a more analog way.
On the other hand, in temporary housing, the service is 100% digitalized, including contract processes, contract signing, etc. But that's not all: the client has an app on their phone that allows them to access the housing, monitor electricity and water consumption, control the climate, and access the storage room and common areas, among other utilities.
